INGREDIENTS
500g - 1kg Lean Steak Mince1 large Onion2 Tomatoes, grated½ Green Pepper, chopped2 Stick Cinnamon 3 Kardamon pods1 Garlic cloveSaltOil¼ teaspoon Sugar1 teaspoon Paprika2 teaspoon Durban Masala1 teaspoon Jiera1 teaspoon Tumeric2 teaspoon Tomato Puree5 Curry leavesDanya2xChillies (optional) 5 potatoes,cut & precookedNjoy with Artchar or Flatbread or Roti/Rice😋

METHOD
Braise onion in the oil for few minutes, then add in the garlic, green pepper, fry until golden. Add the spices & mince & tomoto grated.Cook for 5 only minutes. Lastly add in the potatoes cook until potatoes are nice & soft for 30 minutes on medium heat. Add the chopped danya for garnish. Lovely with Artchar
