Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients:1 large onion (sliced)2 tablespoon Butter2 large tomatoes (chopped)3 green elachie (cardamoms)1 piece taj (cinnamon stick)2 teaspoon garlic paste½ teaspoon ginger paste1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder½ teaspoon turmeric powder 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder1 teaspoon garam masala250g Paneer cubesFresh creamFresh coriander
Method:1. Heat butter, add onions, saute till translucent, add ginger & garlic and saute for few seconds.2. Add onions with tomatoes in a blender, blend till smooth.3. Pour back into pot with taj & elachie, allow to heat through, add spices and cook till tomato has reduced.4. Add ¼ - ½ cup cream to pot, mix in.5. Add paneer, bring to boil.6. Garnish with more cream and coriander.7. Serve with rice/ naan/ roti.
