Dry Masala Chicken Pies

1kg chicken fillet (cubed)
1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
1 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon mustard sauce
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon oil
Chopped dhania (coriander) (optional)
Cook chicken in above till done and sauce has thickened.
Allow to cool (add dhania (coriander) when cooled).
Roll out pie dough, fill.
Note: u can make it into butter chicken filling by leaving out sauces, adding liquidized tomato, fresh cream and maizena (corn flour).
