INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillet (cubed)1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala1 tablespoon crushed garlic2 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon chilli powder2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder¼ teaspoon white pepper1 ¼ teaspoon salt2 tablespoon mayonnaise2 tablespoon mustard sauce2 tablespoon tomato sauce1 tablespoon oilChopped dhania (coriander) (optional)
METHOD
1. Cook chicken in above till done and sauce has thickened.2. Allow to cool (add dhania (coriander) when cooled).3. Roll out pie dough, fill.
INFO & TIPS
Note: you can make it into butter chicken filling by leaving out sauces, adding liquidized tomato, fresh cream and maizena.
