1kg chicken fillet cut and slit in center to thin it / u can use ½ pieces as well 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon red chili paste 1 freshly squeezed lemon 1 tablespoon gorimas bbq spice½ teaspoon crushed black pepper 1 tablespoon parsley ½ teaspoon orange spice ½ teaspoon crushed red chil oil 2 tablespoon yogurt 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 4 tablespoon nandos garlic peri sauce 4 tablespoon nandos bushveld braai (bbq) saucetaste for salt ( I didn't have to add )
Pour over sauce :4 tablespoon nandos garlic sauce 4 tablespoon bushveld sauce ¼ cup water 1 tablespoon tomato sauce squeeze of lemon 1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup sour milk
Add all ingredients mix . Add chicken fillets , preferable marinade over night .
simmer sauce on low , add the sour milk simmer for 1 more minutes .when chicken is braai (bbq) pour sauce over .
