2 to 3 fillets cut up
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
½ teaspoon green chilli
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper ( add more pepper if you need )
½ teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon zeal ( optional )
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon tomato
Handful spring onion
1 to 2 carrots cut into Julienne strips
1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)
2 cups rice
In a pot add the butter , garlic , green chilli and sauté until you can smell the flavor .
Add chicken fillet pieces as well as the pepper , celery salt , zeal , salt and carrots cook on medium heat until chicken is completely cooked , add water if necessary. Now add the spring onions and sauces . Off the stove and using a folk and spoon shred the chicken pieces and mix everything well .
In the meantime boil the rice in water . Cook halfway only .drain and wash the rice with cold water . Add the rice to the chicken pot and mix in the rice well . ( at this stage add more spices or sauce if necessary) . Add the ghee (Clarified butter) and 1 cup boiled water and steam in low until rice has completely cooked .
