1 ¼ cup papri ( boil in water approx 10 minutes ) 3 tomatoes 1 big potato 1 big brenjol / few small handful spring onions 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ground green chili 1 ½ teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder ½ teaspoon haldi chili powder salt

If you have a pressure cooker and if not you do the same steps just that you will cook it longer until all the veggies are soft . add some oil and the ginger garlic and green chili and braise add all the veggies and allow to cook for 5 minutes then add all the spices and cook for another 5 minutes , add approx 1 ½ cups water and close the pressure cooker . give it about 3 to 4 whistles . cool open lid if its runny place on heat without the lid and cook until water dries .
Heat up oil add the Rye (black seed) allow it to pop add hing and pour over the veggies and cook for minutes . if you do not like the Rye (black seed) tempur u can ommit it stil taste nice Add dhania (coriander) .
