INGREDIENTS
1kg chickenMarinate in the following:1 teaspoon ginger garlic½ teaspoon red chilli paste½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeera2tbs lemon juice1 teaspoon salt (or to taste - the orange spice is salted already so taste first)2 tablespoon oil (I use peri peri)1 tablespoon orange pepper spice
METHOD
Cook the above in little butter until almost done.
SauceIn a pan, smoke the following:
2 tablespoon peri peri oil2 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon (depending on your preference) crushed garlic1 tablespoon orange pepper spice2 tablespoon lemon juice
Once smoked, add 3 to 4 tablespoon tomato puree and a quarter cup of fresh cream (can add more depending how creamy you want it)
Once sauce is done, pour over chicken.
