1.Wash & clean the chicken. 2.In a separate bowl add the flour & seasoning mix well. 3. Fry the chicken for 10 - 20 minutes in the oil until golden brown. Serve with Roasted potatoes on the side. Can also use the coating to deep fry the potatoes. Boil the cut potatoes for 10 minutes in water before frying it in the oil. Garnish with salad
