INGREDIENTS
500g washed and drained chicken mince
6 green chillies
6 garlic cloves
2 TB jeeru (cumin)
Black pepper
Salt,turmeric,chilli powder,dhania (coriander) jeeo powder,gharum masala
Chopped dhania (coriander)
Grated onion
ghee (Clarified butter) and oil to cook
METHOD
Using a pestle and mortar pound chillies,garlic,jeeru (cumin) powder and a little rough salt until a paste.
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and oil,add in grated onion,cook till onions are soft. Add in mince,cook abit before adding pounded green masala. Stir gently,once mince is beginning to brown add black pepper,chilli powder,dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin) and gharum masala,a tablespoon or more,cook till moisture evaporates,add chopped dhania (coriander) last. Cool and fill as desired.
