Lolipop Pies

Flour surface area and roll out pie pastry.Cut rounds of your pie pastry.You will need one for bottom and one for top.Make a paste of lai with water and flour to seal rounds.Use a filling of choice to spoon onto center of rounds.Smear lai around rim of circle.Place on lolipop stick at one end.Close with other circle and press down with a fork.Brush egg onto pies.Sprinkle sesame seeds/dried herbs.(Freezer suitable now).Bake in preheated oven at 180degC for aprox 30min till golden and puffed.
