Ready made pie pastryFoil cups.
Braise onions in ghee (Clarified butter) or oilAdd ginger and garlic paste. Add the meat Add all the spices and salt. Let cook till dry. Add in potatoes and mixed veg. Add in 1 cup or more boiling water
Let cook, when the gravy is the consistency u want lower heat. Mix a packet of brown onion soup in water and add to the curry. Stir quickly. Let the curry thicken.. Cool completely Sprinkle dhania (coriander)..Using ready bought pastry. Cut out pastry shapes. Place in greased foil cups. Fill curry. Cover with another round.Brush with egg or milk. Bake till done.
