Coffee Soaked Cuppies
recipe for plain cupcakes-unknown

Cakes

beat together for 5 minutes:

125g softened butter/margerine
3 eggs
¾ cups sugar
3 teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups Flour

Bake as for cupcakes

Coffee syrap
1 cup water
3 teaspoon coffee
½ cup sugar
boil for few minutes

dip the bottom of the cakes in syrap
and place them with syrap side up

I made a buttercream and added little coffee inside it. I used little boiling water to dilute the coffee first
pipe buttercream and drizzle with chocolate
