INGREDIENTS

6 eggs separated. Beat whites till stiffTo the 6 yolks add in:1 cup castor sugar Beat wellAdd in:1 tablespoon vanilla ½ cup oil1 cup water2 heaped cups flour 3 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoon cocoa (optional for chocolate cake)

METHOD

Beat well. Fold in whites. Bake in cupcake pans. Or bake in 2 greased and lined cake pans. Decorate as desired. I piped whipped cream and a drizzle of dairymilk
