1 packet tennis biscuits 4 tablespoon melted butter ¾ boiling water 3 teaspoon coffee 3 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon china grass powder½ slab of milk chocolate 2 teaspoon hot chocolate 1 big tin Nestle cream 150ml whipped cream
Crush tennis biscuits and pour over melted butter.Mix until combined and place a layer at the bottom of your dessert dish and leave in fridge to set . Set aside some of the biscuit mixture to drizzle on the top of the dessert. Alternatively you can make layers with the biscuit crumble. Boil together water, china grass powder , coffee , sugar and hot chocolate until thick.Melt chocolate and stir into the coffee mixture.Allow to cool slightly and fold in Nestle cream and whipped cream.Layer into dessert dish and decorate with left over biscuit crumble.Refrigerate until set.
