INGREDIENTS
¾ Tin Condensed Milk385g Fresh Cream ¼ cup milk¼ teaspoon elaichi powder1 packet Boudoir Biscuits (200g)300ml whipping cream
METHOD
(You'll need about 685ml cream for this recipe)
Whisk the first four ingredients in a bowl. Use the condensed milk tin to measure the fresh cream.
Dip the biscuits in the mixture and layer in a rectangle dessert dish. Pour the rest of the liquid over the biscuits and refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes.
Beat the cream, spread ¾ on the biscuits. With the remaining ¼ of the whipped cream, add 3-4 drops of pink/green food coloring and decorate with a piping bag.
Top with pista (pistachio nuts) and rose petels (optional)Refrigerate and serve cold.
So so so delicious and easy!
