1 litre milk 1 tin condense milk 1 tin big nestle dessert cream 3-4 tablespoon coconut 3 teaspoon ghas powder 1⁄2 cup klim 2 tablespoon custard powder 1 teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom) 1 tlbs rose essence Drop of green colour (optional)
Boil milk with ghas powder, mix milk powder and custard powder in little milk, add to the boiling milk and keep boiling till come up. Remove from heat and add condense milk and ½ tin of the cream. Beat well, pour in a mould and set the mixture. After it sets turn it upside down in a serving dish. Beat ½ tin of nestle cream pour cream over pudding and decorate as desired.
