Strawberries And Cream Dessert

INGREDIENTS

Strawberries and cream

400 grams fresh strawberries (medium sized punnet)¾ cup icing sugar (sifted)250 ml fresh cream ¼ cup Nestle cream (optional)
Method Cube strawberries in nice small cubes Add the icing sugar to the above and mix well.You will notice the above starts getting syrupy then you know its perfect
Combine Nestle and fresh cream and pour over the strawberry mixture
Decorate with flake /strawberries or as desired
*add more icing sugar if you want it more sweet * condense milk can be used but I prefer icing sugar for this * if it's too thick add more fresh cream/Nestle cream
Serve chilled
Quite easy and refreshing for this weather
