INGREDIENTS
15 grms butter
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
8 tablespoon cocoa
3 eggs
4 teaspoon baking powder
Half cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Beat all ingredients together for 3 minutes
Put into cupcake pans
Bake at 140degrees
Decorate as desired
