1 Elmea double cream150g readymade burfee1lt vanilla ice cream
METHOD
1.)leave ice cream out to melt till slightly soft...not too runny.2.)mix burfee and cream in a saucepan and melt over low heat till burfee is completely dissolved(stir frequently)3.) mix (1.) & (2.) pour into moulds and freeze overnight.4.) remove from freezer 10-15mins before serving.
