Sift the flour in a bowlAdd baking powder and combineAdd in maas and mix with a fork Brush hands with oil (just a little)Start kneading doughWhen dough is soft Lightly brush with oil and cover with dishcloth and keep aside for 5 minutes After 5 minutesFour surface and start kneading doughBreak up dough in 12 pieces and roll out in oval shapeDough must be a bit thick in order to rise properly Thava must be nice and hotPlace naan on thava Can brush with garlic butter after being taken out from thava or eat plain
