2 tablespoons @inapaarmanskitchen apricot masala and quince marinade 1 teaspoon @sujees_masala peri peri masala ½ teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen garlic pepper seasoning ½ teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen Cajun spice½ teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen lemon & black pepper seasoning ½ teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen lemon & rosemary seasoning Salt to taste2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons creamy mayonnaise
Mix well and marinate. Cook on low heat and leave saucy. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
Serve with rice.
