My Different Style
1 kg Chicken Big Pieces skin offLeave in 1 water mixed with 1 tablespoon vinegar for +-5 minutes till it changes colour throw the water And wash well 2 x again Drain in a colander For the MarinadeFor 1 kg Chicken1 Ginger Garlic paste½ teaspoon Crushed Garlic1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder½ teaspoon Jeera powder1 /2 teaspoon Garam Masala¼ teaspoon tumeric+-1 teaspoon Peri Peri Magic masala or any Brand Masalatuj (cinnamon stick) Elachi (cardomom)+-3 tablespoon Peri Peri Sauce+-3 tablespoon Cup Aminas Portuguese marinade 1 small Grated Tomato1 teaspoon red crushed chilli1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder Salt to taste 3-4.tablespoon oil Or ghee (Clarified butter) Or Melted ButterMix all well together Keep few hours before cooking on stove Garnish with Flaked Almonds Robot Pepper ChunksAnd Chopped dhania (coriander)SERVING SUGGESTIONMix veg or Potato wedges Pitta, Naan rolls and Salads Enjoy
