1kg chicken fillet cubed Marinate it with the following- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon Garlic paste- ¾ teaspoon chilli powder(depending on your taste and colour)-2 tablespoon Shaan Butter chicken spice - 1.5 teaspoon Haldi- 2 teaspoon Crushed jeeru (cumin) -Half a lemon squeezed-¼ cup Yogurt-Salt if neededOnce Marinated cook it serparate in butter, till cooked and totally dry(dont add water)
Separately braise 1 onion, with chillies, jeeru (cumin), whole black pepper,curry leaves, 5-6 Cashews, once braised pinkinsh to golden add 2-3 Cubed Tomatoes, braise for 5 minutes then take the onion tomatoe mixture and blend it to a Fine Mixture, Add some more butter add the mixture and let it braise, add your masalas, haldi, butter chicken spice, chilli powder, salt according to taste and colour once braised nicely add in 250ml Fresh cream and add in the cooked chicken (Add Freshcream and masalas according to taste More or less)
