2 cups flour1 and half teaspoon yeastPinch of saltHalf teaspoon dry thyme2 tb oilHalf cup waterPut all ingredients into stand mixer with dough hook and beat on low for 5 minutes and continue for another 8 minutes on high. Dough should be soft and springy. Dough should come away from the sides. If it is too thick add drops of water, if it is too thin add flour sparingly.Leave to rise.
Punch down and roll into a squareSpread onto the doughSteers tikka sauce mixed with one clove garlic grated.Sundried tomatoes choppedAnd grated gouda cheese.Roll into swiss roll shape and cut. Place into muffin tins and add mozarella cheese and chopped peppers.Any filling can be used in this.
Bake in oven for 25mins.
