INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs (seperated)1 cup Castor sugar½ cup Oil2&½ teaspoon Baking powder½ cup hot Water1 teaspoon Vanilla essence1 cup Flour2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
METHOD
Beat the egg whites stiff with ½ teaspoon Baking powder. Leave aside. Beat the egg yolks with the castor sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the hot water and beat very well until thick and creamy. Sift in the flour, the remainder of the baking powder and cocoa powder. Pour in the oil and vanilla essence. Beat very well. Fold in the egg whites. Pour into an oven tray/cupcake cups and bake on 180 degrees for +- 25 minutes/until done.
Make a chocolate ganache with melted chocolate and fresh cream.Decorate as desired
