2 ¼ cups flour1 ½ cups sugar1 teaspoon cocoa 1 teaspoon bicarb 1 teaspoon saltMixIn a jug combine:1 cup oil2 eggs 🥚 🪺 Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 ½ cups buttermilk 1 bottle red colouring Add 2 dry ingredients Mix well.Bake in cupcake pan or any pan of choiceMakes about 2 ½ dozen cupcakes.
Cream cheese frosting:Beat 125 g softened butter 1 tub cream cheese 2 cups icing sugar Decorate as desired
