INGREDIENTS
1 cup lotus biscoff spread ½ cup self raising flour1 egg
Coarsley broken biscoff biscuits (optional)
METHOD
1.) Beat the egg with a fork.2.) Soften the biscoff spread (30 seconds in the microwave), add it to the egg and whisk by hand.3.) Then fold in the flour.4.) Transfer the mixture into a greased baking tray - top with broken biscuits (optional).5.) Bake in a preheated oven @180degrees for 12-15mins.6.) Remove from oven, leave to cool then cut in squares.
INFO & TIPS
I served them on a slice of vanilla vienetta and drizzled some biscoff sauce over (melted some in the microwave and added a few teaspoons of milk) - photo in comments 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
