5 tablespoon taystee wheat 1 LITRE milk 1 teaspoon elatchi powder & 1 stick cinnamon Rose syrup/ food colouring of choice ½ cup sugar
In a thick based pot, place milk and T.W.
Cook until thickens on low heat. Keep stirring to prevent scorching.
Once it begins to thicken slightly, add the sugar.
Cook and keep stirring until a more thickened consistency.
Lastly add colour.
Pour into bowls, decorate with fine elatchi powder and colourful almond slices.
