INGREDIENTS
1½ pints Milk (4 cups). 2 tablespoons Rice Flour.2 tablespoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) Powder.Rose Water.
METHOD
Mix rice flour in about 2 tablespoons of milk and add to milk just as it is about to boil. Simmer slowly, add sugar and Elachi (cardomom) and let it thicken to consistency of thin porridge. Pour in shallow sweet bowls and allow to set. When firm, decorate
