1 Liter milk 1 cinnamon stick 1 egg 1 teaspoon China grass powder 3 tablespoon Sojee (semolina flour) ¼ cup chopped pecans/almonds ¼ coconut 1 small tin condensed milk Pinch elachie Red coloring
1. Bring milk to a boil with cinnamon stick 2. Mix egg, Sojee (semolina flour), China grass powder and milk in a bowl and add to boiling milk 3. Continue stirring until slightly thick +- 5minutes Remove cinnamon stick 4. Allow to cool a little then add pecans, coconut, dessert cream, condensed milk, Elachi (cardomom) powder and red or pink coloring 5. Pour into dessert bowls and allow to set and decorate with cream or almonds
INFO & TIPS
China grass powder may be omitted, I add it because I prefer a slightly firmer dessert.
