My Simple Style
Like Turkish Delight Taste
1 Litre milk½ cup soji (semolina) (semolina) (mix with some milk to make paste)2 tablespoon dessicated coconutbring it to a slight thick custard consistency whilst stirring addPink Rose Syrup4-5 tablespoon condensed milk Sugar to TasteAdd Rose essence and Little Rose waterAdd Crushed Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom)Bring to boiling point on slow heat stir well untill it is slightly thick Remove from.stove Pour in Serving Dessert bowls Allow to set in Fridge Serving SuggestionOnce set and cold Whip ½ Cup Fresh Cream And 1 tablespoon Rose Syrup together (Taste add more if you prefer) Put a Dollop on each Set Phirni BowlDecorate with Almonds And Drizzle some Rose syrup over Serve Chilled Enjoy😘
