250g butter beat till white and fluffy Add ½ cup icing sugar, ½ cup corn flour, drop of pink gel colour, about ½ teaspoon rose essence and chopped pistachios. Mix then add enough flour to make a soft and pliable dough. I added about 2 & ¼ cups of cake flour. Pipe or cut into shapes or roll a log and slice. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 till golden. Once cooled decor with milky, rose petals and chopped pistachios.
