Rose and pistachio delight

Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem
4 cups milk
1 ¼ teaspoon ghas powder (China grass powder/agar agar (falooda powder) powder)
½ teaspoon rose essence
4 tablespoons rose syrup
2 tablespoons custard powder
1 tin condensed milk
1 big tin nestle cream
🌹Pour milk into a pot, ghas powder mixed in a little water. Add in the rise essence, rose syrup, custard powder & condensed milk. Keep whisking all the time.
🌹Remove from stove and whisk in nestle cream.
🌹Once cooled pour into bowls, garnish with whipped cream, slivered pistachios & edible roses
