¾ cup brown sugar2 eggs¾ cup oil½ teaspoon bicarbonate soda1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder1 cup cake flour 2 ripe Banaanas Handful of pecan nutsHandful of chopped dates
Beat sugar and eggs till creamy. Add oil and blend. Mix in rest of ingredients and beat till well combined. Grease a small loaf pan and pour in batter. Top with some chopped pecans and a Sprinkle of cinnamon. Bake at 160 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
