I have to gve it a name .plz advice a nice name this I made up my own recipe Marinate chicken medium size chunks with Salt Green chillies grounded Jeeru (Cumin) roughly grounded A little Elachi (cardomom) powder Lemon pepper pepper Lemon juice Ginger garlic Green chutney (the one we use to mke karee) Hand full of mozarella and cheddar cheese Fresh cream about ¼ cup A little olive oil. Allow marinate over night or few hours in advance. Wooden skewers soak un cold water than thread chicken.grill and baste with lenon butter sauce.I added my left over marinate and used as basting.serve with mint yoghurt chutney and lenon wedges and garnish fresh dhania (coriander).
