Mix together the cocoa, coconut, sweetener and nuts. Shake the coconut milk well. Pour the milk into a jar or container, add the cocoa mixture and stir to mix through. Add in chia seeds and make sure you mix well to cover all the seeds with the milk. Cover and place in fridge overnight or at least 4 hours. Serve as is for breakfast, a smoothie or snack or top with whipped cream and berries for a dessert. Delicious and low carb as well as ideal for diabetics.
