INGREDIENTS

500ml milk4 eggs1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder ¾ cup sugar4 slices white Bread

METHOD

Beat together 500ml milk4 eggs1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder ¾ cup sugar
Layer in an ovenproof dish 2 slices of bead pour over half the milk mixture layer another 2 slices and top with remaining mixture Place 100 gr butter cubes all over Bake at 180 degreed
Enjoy with custard or cream
