INGREDIENTS

Sauce :1 cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla½ cup water½ cup fresh cream 3 tablespoon butter (45g)
METHOD
Cream the butter, sugar, eggAdd the jam, vanilla essence and saltMix the bicarb in the milkAdd flour and milk with bicarbGive all a quick mixBake at 180 degrees till golden brown
Step 2Add all the sauce ingredients to a saucepan Give one boil only
As soon as malva is cooked pour the hot sauce over the hot pudding using a spoon
