¾ litre Milk+-1/2cup sugar (Taste add more if you prefer)2 pieces of Cinnamon sticks½ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder1 small drop Egg Yellow food colouring2 Lids vanilla essence5 Eggs Beat All of the above together Pour into a Deep Oven Proof CasseroleAdd 6 tablespoon Butter (I use more) Add 1 teaspoon freshly grated Nutmeg Over Place in Oven bake for +-50 minutesNOTE:BEFORE BAKING FOR A CRUNCHY TASTESprinkle Handfull of Corn flakes over Enjoy Plain or with Custard
