Roll out thick. Between 2 sheet of wax paper. Make imprints with with cutter. Place washed and dried edible flowers in each circle. Place sheet over and roll over-dough so flowers can set into dough. Place biscuits on lined tray & bake till golden. Allow to cool slightly.Roll in castor sugar.
