Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem
250g butter ¾ cup castor sugar Beat till light and fluffy Add in 1 egg1 & ½ cups maziena (corn flour) Flour as required
Mix well and add in enough flour to make a soft dough. Roll out thick. Between 2 sheet of wax paper. Make imprints with with cutter. Place washed and dried edible flowers in each circle. Place sheet over and roll over-dough so flowers can set into dough. Place biscuits on lined tray & bake till golden.
Allow to cool slightly.Roll in castor sugar.
