Rose And Bubblegum Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs 1 cup castor sugar ¼ cup oil ½ cup Boiling water ¼ cup Maziena2 teaspoon Baking powder 1 cup flour
Bubblegum SyrupRose syrup or essence

METHOD

Beat eggs and Castor Sugar till fluffy
Add oil to Boiling water and and to egg mixture
Then Sieve in Flour b powder and Maziena
You can add your bubble gum or Rose syrup to mixture, whichever taste you prefer to have Then add some coloring to your cake mixture and pour into Cupcake holders
For the icing I made a Butter cream icing with Some Bubblegum Syrup to the Bubblegum cupcakes icing and for the Rose cupcakes I added Some Rose syrup to the rose icing. you can add some coloring as well.
