INGREDIENTS
6 slices bread
2 med sized potatoes boiled
12 slices polony
1 green chillie sliced
Grated cheese
2 eggs
Chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Mash boiled potatoes & add salt /pepper, green dhania (coriander) chutney, a bit of milk
Mix polony with tomato sauce, Mustard sauce and chillie sauce
Then take bread and spread some mash potato , put four polonies, and few slices of green chilies. Top with grated cheese. Spread some red chutney on the other other side and close. Repeat with other slices
Beat the 2 eggs, add a bit of milk, salt/ pepper, chillie powder, dhana/ jeera & finely cut dhania (coriander)
Dip sandwiches into egg mixture on both sides, fry in in shallow oil. Cut in ¼'s serve while hot with chutney
