Norwegian Salmon FilletGinger/Garlic PasteAminas All purpose curry pasteTumeric
Make a paste and smear onto fillet.Pan fry in shallow oil and butter until cooked.
For the rice:Boil basmati rice in salted water.Once nearly cooked stir in freshly chopped dill and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
For potato wedges: Prick potatoes with a fork. Cover with a serviette and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until tender. Cut into wedges.
To serve:Assemble rice ,salmon and potato wedges. Adjust seasoning and serve hot!
