Pattha Paneer Aloo Chaat

1 tin chickpeas
2 tablespoon oil
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
½ teaspoon kulunji seeds
½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
3 cups potatoes (peeled, cubed)
1 onion (sliced fine)
1 teaspoon garlic green chilli paste
3 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon Shan chaat masala
10 slices pattha
Few cubes paneer
3 tablespoon dhania (coriander) leaves
½ cup Aamli sauce
Fried crushed pur
Wash and drain chickpeas.
Heat oil with seeds, add potatoes, spices, chillies, lemon and cook till potato has softened.
Add onion, chickpeas and chaat masala.
Fry pattha till crispy.
Fry paneer till golden either side.
Place aloo mixture on serving platter.
Break pattha up and place over. Roughly crumble paneer over.
Dollop on seasoned yoghurt, aamli sauce, chopped dhania (coriander) and garnish with pur.
