1. Wash and drain chickpeas.2. Fry pur.3. Heat oil with seeds, add potatoes, spices, chillies, lemon and cook till potato has softened.4. Add onion, chickpeas and chaat masala. Toss well. 5. Fry pattha till crispy.6. Lightly fry paneer till golden either side.7. Place aloo mixture on serving platter.8. Break pattha up and place over.9. Roughly crumble paneer over.10. Dollop on seasoned yoghurt, aamli sauce, chopped dhania (coriander) and garnish with pur. Serve hot.
