INGREDIENTS
2 medium potatoesSalt taste Whole red chillies½ teaspoon red atchaar masala¼ teaspoon red chilli powder ½ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder 1 teaspoon lemon juicePinch of arad (Turmeric)Khuri limbre (curry leaves)
Other ingredients:Oil for frying
METHOD
1.) Peel and slice potatoes into semi circles - add all the spices and mix well - leave aside for 10-15minutes.2.) Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a nonstick pan - add potatoes to this and fry till they’re half cooked, then remove from oil and transfer to an ovenproof dish - Bake @180degrees till potatoes are cooked through and crispy.3.) Serve with Khuri khitchri, spinach and Masala fish (2 recipes for khuri and masala fish recipe below)
