I Made a few changes
INGREDIENTS
Finely grate large potato 1 cup flour1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon red chillie powder (crush red chillie)½ teaspoon ground black pepperGreen chillies to taste OR 2 chopped finely1 teaspoon dhana powder*½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder½ teaspoon garam masala1 egg1 tablespoon oilFreshly chopped dhania (coriander), mint leaves & spring onionsAlmost 1 cup of water.. Or just about.
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together...Add the water last... Just to make a nice runny batter...
Fry in a pan with a little oil... Just like pancakes.
INFO & TIPS
I added 1 tsp baking powder for a fluffy texture
