Khuri (Mix together and keep aside):
-1 tub of greek yoghurt with doublecream
-½ teaspoon coriander chutney
-1 teaspoon salt
-¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
-1 tablespoon chana flour
-a little bit of cold water (approx 1/4cup)
-1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)
-few khuri limbre (curry leaves)
-¼ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
1.)warm ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot,add the khuri limbre and whole jeeru (cumin) and fry for abt 1min on medium heat.
2.)transfer the khuri mixture to the pot and whisk continuously until it comes to a boil,remove from cooker and leave to cool.
