INGREDIENTS
Khuri (Mix together and keep aside):-1 tub of greek yoghurt with doublecream0R…2 parts plain yoghurt mixed with 1 part extra thick doublecream -½ teaspoon coriander chutney-1 teaspoon salt-¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)-1 tablespoon chana flour-a little bit of cold water (approx 1/4cup)
Other ingredients:-1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)-few khuri limbre (curry leaves)-¼ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
METHOD
1.) Warm ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot,add the khuri limbre and whole jeeru (cumin) and fry for abt 1min on medium heat.2.) Transfer the khuri mixture to the pot and whisk continuously until it comes to a boil,remove from cooker and leave to cool.3.) a touch of double cream can be mixed in after removing it from the cooker if you want a creamier khuri.
INFO & TIPS
serve with khitchri and sides of your choice
