2 cups milk2-3Tblsp lime milkshake syrupOr can use ( Rose)Crushed Elachi (cardomom)Few drop rose essence(Sugar to taste)1 tablespoon deccicated coconutHeat Make a paste with Add 4 heaped tablespoon semolina And very little milkStir Till a slight custard ( Slightly thick.as it will firm up)Pour in mould Garnish with almonds and sprinkle of crushed Elachi (cardomom)Place in refrigerator It will.be soft and setEnjoy it cold
