1 litre milk
3 tablespoon tasty wheat
1 tablespoon custard powder
1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
2 tablespoon Klim powder
1⁄2 teaspoon ghas powder
Rose water or Elachi (cardomom) powder
Condense milk to taste (+/- 3⁄4 tin)
Slivered almonds and pistas
Warm milk and tasty wheat gently, stirring. Add Elachi (cardomom) powder if using.
Bring to the boil.
Mix custard powder, maizena (corn flour), klim and ghas powder in a little cold milk or water.
Add to pot and simmer for a few minutes stirring all the time.
Remove from heat and sweeten with condence milk. Add rose water if using.
Pour into bowls and decorate with slivered almonds and pistas.
Refrigerate then serve.

Cremora can be used if you dont have klim.
