RECIPE

Bring 1 litre milk to a boil. Add 5 tablespoon taystee wheat mixed with quarter cup cold water into milk. Throw in less than quarter teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder . Boil till it starts to thicken. Remove from stove beat in half tin condensed milk and rose syrup for colour. Decorate with dessicated coconut and coloured almonds. By Shamya Joosab .

tried this , it was nice .... although next time il
omit the rose syrup
i think it clashes with the pomegranate ... loved the pomegranate variation so it must be great on its own minus the rose
